1. Operator, scope and related agreements
These Terms of Service govern access to the Qorbs® website, public materials, Qi website assistance and enquiry features. The operator is the legal entity identified above. “You” means the person using the website; an organization is bound only where its authorized representative validly agrees on its behalf.
Product pages describe offerings and development plans. They do not, by themselves, create an order, paid subscription, banking relationship, investment, employment relationship or professional-services engagement.
A signed order, statement of work, product agreement, data processing agreement or service-level agreement governs the specific services it covers. Its agreed precedence rules apply; otherwise, specific expressly agreed provisions take priority over these general website terms for their subject matter. Mandatory law always takes priority.
2. Agreement and eligibility
These terms are presented for your review before using features that request acceptance. Where affirmative agreement is required by law or the transaction, Qorbs® must obtain that agreement; merely posting terms does not replace it. Do not use a feature requiring acceptance if you do not agree.
You must have legal capacity and any organizational authority needed for the activity you undertake. The website is intended for adults and professional enquiries. You are responsible for ensuring the information and authority you provide are accurate.
Nothing in these terms restricts rights that cannot lawfully be limited, including consumer, privacy, accessibility or other mandatory protections.
3. Permitted use and access
You may access public pages and use the provided forms and Qi for lawful enquiries, evaluation and ordinary business purposes. Subject to these terms and applicable law, Qorbs® permits you to view and make reasonable internal copies of public materials for those purposes, preserving ownership notices.
You remain responsible for your device, connection and access arrangements. Accessibility assistance and questions about alternative formats can be requested through Support. No paid account is created merely by browsing or submitting an enquiry.
4. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website or interfere with other people’s access. Restrictions apply only to the extent permitted by law and do not prevent lawful reporting, protected research or statutory exceptions.
- Do not submit unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, discriminatory or infringing content, or impersonate another person or organization.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, personal data or non-public interfaces.
- Do not introduce malware, exploit a vulnerability against other users, or conduct disruptive load testing without authorization.
- Do not bypass access controls, request limits, authentication or protective measures.
- Do not harvest personal information or use the forms and assistant to send spam or deceptive communications.
- Do not use automated extraction in a way that infringes rights, defeats technical controls or materially burdens the service; seek permission for substantial automated reuse.
- Do not submit secrets, sensitive customer records or regulated operational datasets through public enquiry channels.
- Do not use Qi output to impersonate an authorized Qorbs® commitment or to misrepresent product capabilities.
5. Enquiries, demos and early access
Submitting a contact, support, interest or demo form requests a conversation. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt or recording, not acceptance of an order, guaranteed appointment, service activation or resolution.
Early-access registration does not guarantee admission, priority, a launch date, a particular feature or a fixed price. Pilot participation may require a separate agreement, eligibility review, technical scoping and data-handling arrangements.
Response-time statements on public pages express service targets unless a binding agreement expressly makes them enforceable commitments. They do not limit remedies for misleading statements or obligations imposed by law. Public forms are not emergency channels.
6. Product maturity and public statements
Engineering previews, prototypes, demonstrations and roadmap features may be incomplete or unavailable for production use. Descriptions should be read with their stated maturity and limitations. A demonstration with sample data is not evidence that a production environment meets a particular regulatory or capacity requirement.
Qorbs® may revise a proposed feature or roadmap before making a contractual commitment. Confirm material functionality, availability, integrations, security requirements and implementation responsibilities in writing before purchasing or depending on a service.
This section does not permit deceptive marketing, withdrawal of an existing contractual promise or exclusion of rights arising from a binding representation.
7. Qi and AI-generated responses
Qi generates website guidance using supplied page context and recent conversation. It can make factual errors, omit qualifications, misinterpret a question or lack current information. Check important answers against the published page and an authorized Qorbs® representative.
Qi is not a human representative and cannot bind Qorbs® to a quote, contract, delivery date, certification, refund, employment offer or support resolution. On the public website it does not authenticate your private account, authorize a transaction or modify your financial records.
Answers are general information, not individualized legal, financial, tax, medical, investment or regulated professional advice. Consult a suitably qualified professional where a decision requires such advice. Do not rely on Qi for emergencies or safety-critical decisions.
You may use responses for ordinary evaluation and enquiry, subject to applicable law and third-party rights. Responses may not be unique and Qorbs® does not promise exclusive rights in them. A referral button does not mean a human has reviewed the exchange. The Privacy Policy explains information sent to the AI provider.
8. Your submissions and feedback
You retain rights you hold in your messages and other submitted content. You authorize Qorbs® and its providers to process and communicate that content only as reasonably needed to handle the request, operate the relevant feature, protect the service and meet lawful obligations, as described in the Privacy Policy and any applicable agreement.
You must have the right to provide the material. A public enquiry form does not create a confidentiality agreement. Do not send proprietary designs, unpublished inventions or another party’s confidential material unless an authorized Qorbs® representative has arranged an appropriate agreement and channel.
If you voluntarily suggest a general product improvement, Qorbs® may consider it without an obligation to implement it or pay for it unless separately agreed. This does not transfer ownership of your confidential intellectual property or override applicable privacy rights. Seek an agreement before disclosing a proposal that requires compensation or confidentiality.
9. Qorbs® materials and intellectual property
Qorbs® and its licensors retain their rights in website design, software, text, graphics, branding and other protected materials. Permission to view the website is not a transfer of ownership or a license to distribute proprietary software.
Do not remove ownership notices or use Qorbs® branding in a way that suggests sponsorship, affiliation or endorsement without permission. Descriptive references, lawful quotations, accessibility uses and other statutory exceptions remain available. Third-party and open-source materials remain subject to their applicable licenses.
If you believe material on the website infringes your rights, contact us with the work or right involved, the location of the material, your contact details and the basis for your concern. Do not submit a notice you know is false.
10. Third-party services and links
The website may link to independent services or rely on infrastructure and AI providers. Independent third-party services may impose their own terms. Qorbs® does not endorse every statement on an external page simply by linking to it.
Qorbs® remains responsible for its own representations, choices and obligations to the extent required by law. Provider involvement does not automatically excuse Qorbs® from duties under a binding agreement.
11. Pricing, payments and commercial services
These website terms do not impose a subscription charge, payment obligation or advance-payment requirement merely because you browse or send a message.
For a paid engagement, the accepted order or agreement must specify the contracting entity, scope, price, currency, taxes, milestones, payment dates, cancellation and refund terms, and any renewal terms. Do not assume a prior quote remains valid after its stated expiry.
No automatic renewal, non-refundable deposit or percentage advance is created by this document. Any such term requires clear disclosure and valid agreement, and remains subject to mandatory cancellation, refund and consumer rights.
12. Privacy and communications
The Privacy Policy explains collection, providers, international processing, retention and rights. It is a notice about processing, not a waiver of privacy rights and not blanket consent to marketing, cookies or international transfers.
You authorize responses relevant to requests you initiate, subject to applicable communication rules. Separate marketing choices must be respected. Electronic records and messages may be used to administer enquiries, but a binding commercial commitment requires the applicable acceptance process and authority.
13. Availability and changes
We may maintain, update or temporarily restrict the public website for operational, security or legal reasons. We aim to avoid unnecessary disruption but do not promise uninterrupted public-site availability or a particular response time without an applicable agreement.
Where practical and appropriate, we will give notice of material changes affecting an ongoing service. Changes to the public website do not retrospectively remove accrued contractual rights or replace a separate service-level agreement.
14. Security reports and suspension
Report suspected vulnerabilities through Support, describing the affected resource and a safe reproduction without disclosing secrets or another person’s data. Stop if testing risks data exposure, disruption or unauthorized access. These terms do not establish a bug-bounty program or authorize penetration testing.
Qorbs® may restrict requests or access where reasonably necessary to address abuse, an apparent breach of these terms, security risks or legal requirements. Measures should be proportionate. Where lawful and practical, we will explain a restriction and offer a way to raise an error or request review.
Suspension does not waive statutory rights, remove an existing obligation to handle a privacy request, or automatically terminate a separate paid agreement.
15. Information quality and service assurances
Public materials and AI guidance are provided for general evaluation. We seek to present accurate information, but completeness, suitability for a particular operational environment and the absence of every error cannot be guaranteed.
Except for express commitments and obligations that the law imposes, no additional promise of fitness for a specific purpose, continuous availability or error-free AI output is made by these website terms. Any permitted exclusion is limited to what applicable law allows.
Nothing excludes responsibility for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or other conduct or guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded. This section must not be read as a waiver of mandatory quality standards or consumer remedies.
16. Responsibility and liability
Each party remains responsible for loss attributable to its breach or conduct under applicable law. You should take reasonable steps to avoid preventable loss and verify information before relying on it for a material decision.
For business users only, and only where lawful, Qorbs® is not liable under these public-website terms for genuinely indirect or consequential business losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. The classification and recoverability of a loss are determined by applicable law, not merely by calling it indirect.
These website terms set no arbitrary monetary cap and impose no blanket consumer indemnity. Any negotiated commercial allocation belongs in the relevant service agreement. No limitation applies where prohibited, including to non-excludable consumer rights, unlawful personal-data processing remedies, fraud or liability that governing law requires to remain unrestricted.
17. Applicable law and dispute resolution
Subject to mandatory protections and the review status of this draft, these website terms are proposed to be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. A different law may be agreed for a separate product or commercial engagement.
Contact Qorbs® first if you wish to seek an informal resolution. This is an invitation, not a condition that prevents urgent relief, a regulatory complaint, a statutory remedy or filing within a legal deadline.
Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law may hear disputes. These terms do not impose exclusive foreign proceedings, compulsory arbitration, a class-action waiver or a shortened statutory limitation period. If you are a consumer, any mandatory protections and forum rights available in your country of residence continue to apply.
18. Updates to these terms
We may update these terms prospectively as the website or legal requirements change. The effective date identifies when a new version applies. Material changes will receive reasonable notice where required, and fresh acceptance will be sought where necessary.
Updates do not rewrite a completed transaction or a signed agreement without the required agreement. If you do not accept an update governing an optional website feature, stop using that feature; accrued rights and mandatory remedies remain.
19. General provisions and contact
If a provision is unlawful or unenforceable, it applies only to the lawful extent, or is severed where appropriate, without removing mandatory protections. A failure to enforce a provision is not a permanent waiver. No agency, employment, partnership or joint venture arises solely from website use.
Rights and duties that by their nature continue, including ownership and the handling of existing disputes, survive cessation of website use. Assignment or business succession remains subject to applicable law, agreed contracts and required privacy disclosures.
Use the operator details above for legal correspondence or the Support page to ask for the appropriate notice channel. Identify the relevant page, policy version and facts. A general support acknowledgement is not acceptance of a legal claim or a substitute for a statutory service-of-process requirement.
